After your site has been set up, you may schedule an phone consultation to learn the basics of site-maintenance. This is a walk-through, introductory tutorial of the Feature Cart. We are both logged in at the same time and you can learn the ropes to maintaining your own site, as I instruct you step-by-step. I teach you the basic steps to:
- Add Products
- Upload Pictures
- Control and Adjust Inventory
- Establish Payment & Shipping Options
- Customize Receipts and Checkout Messages
- Overview of Splash Page and/or Informational Page
- Review Order History
- View Customer List
A minimum 1-hour appointment is required for the initial consultation.
If you have a specific list of questions or items to discuss, please email these to me no less than 24 hours prior to the phone call.
